New “Region” column and filter in Form Completion Report Copied

The Form Completion Report now includes a new Region column and filter, allowing practices to sort and view results by site location (callouts 1-2).

A new Include Inactive Region checkbox has also been added (callout 3). When selected, the report will display data from inactive regions, which will show as Inactive in the results column.

These enhancements provide greater flexibility and visibility for multi-site organizations reviewing patient form activity.
