Task Documentation tooltip update Copied

We’re updating the tooltip text in the Task Management window to provide clearer information about task documentation, ensuring users understand that while notes are retained in the patient’s record, they are not accessible through the patient portal.

Previously, the tooltip next to the Task Documentation section stated: “Notes will remain associated with this task and part of the patient’s record, but will not be viewable by the patient.”

To better clarify how this information is used, the tooltip now states: “Notes will remain associated with this task and part of the patient’s record, but will not be viewable in the portal.”
