Provider dropdowns in General Queue, Forms Queue, Send Forms, Send Announcements, and task management now display only healthcare providers and staff.

This refinement removes non-provider resources (like rooms or equipment) from these lists, making it faster and easier to find the right provider when filtering or managing patient-related activities.
