We’re enhancing the patient portal to ensure seamless access to health information across various web browsers. After this release, patients will have access to detailed information about supported and recommended browsers directly on the portal, so they can make informed decisions about their browsing experience.

If a patient attempts to access www.ontadahealth.com from an unsupported browser, they will receive a clear message at the top of the screen instructing them to update their browser to a supported version for optimal functionality (callout 1).

Alongside the notification, patients will see a convenient link to instructions on how to update their browser. These instructions are housed on ontada.com/guide, offering patients a central location to access the most recent guidance on browser updates.

By providing clear browser support notices and guidance for updating browsers, we’re helping ensure patients can effortlessly access their health information whenever and wherever they need it.
