Previously, patients received separate reminders for each form within a batch. With this update, patients will now receive a single, comprehensive email reminder when they have a batch of forms to complete.

To further enhance the patient experience, we’ve implemented a 24-hour reminder interval. Patients will only receive one email reminder every 24 hours until their forms are completed. This approach ensures that patients are informed and prompted without overwhelming their inboxes.

This update eliminates the confusion that multiple notifications can create. Patients will benefit from a clearer understanding of their outstanding tasks. Overall, this update makes the process of completing forms more manageable and convenient for patients.
