Optional questions in patient forms for fast and flexible submission Copied

We improved patient forms to provide users with greater flexibility and ease of use. Moving forward, patients will no longer be required to enter information into forms if they don’t have any relevant details to provide, ensuring a smoother and more efficient form completion process.

Specifically, patients will not be required to enter any medication details on the Medications and Allergies List form. Likewise, patients won’t be required to enter any information on diagnoses, conditions, surgeries, injuries, hospitalizations, cancer, or illnesses on the Past Medical History form.

Note: These changes only apply to forms created after this update. Any forms sent to patients before this enhancement will maintain their existing requirements.
