No re-authentication required when navigating to Assigned Forms page in portal Copied

What’s changing

Patients who are already logged into the portal will no longer be prompted to re-authenticate when navigating to the Assigned Forms page. Since their identity has already been confirmed through the portal login, they’ll be taken directly to their forms.

This change applies only to patients coming from the portal. Patients accessing forms via a notification link will still need to authenticate as usual.

Why this matters

Asking patients to verify their identity again after already logging in is a friction point that adds unnecessary steps to their experience. Removing this redundant authentication step makes the path to completing forms faster and more seamless.
