Imaging details now included

When patients indicate they’ve had imaging done and list the types in the Past Medical History form, both the “Yes” response and the complete list of imaging tests now appear in the Patient Intake Summary. This critical information is now readily available without having to dig through individual forms.

Earlier summary generation

The Patient Intake Summary PDF will now generate up to 5 days before an appointment, giving you more time to prep patient charts in advance. The system will begin checking 5 days prior to an appointment and automatically generate the summary as soon as the patient completes their forms.

If the patient hasn’t finished all their forms by the morning of the appointment, but has completed at least 2 forms, the summary will generate that morning to ensure you still have critical information for the visit.
