Medications and allergies full integration with iKnowMed Copied

Starting Thursday, June 26, 2025, the “Pending” status that was introduced in the Medications and Allergies tabs of the patient chart in iKnowMed Generation 2 will become fully functional.

This means that patients completing the Medication & Allergies form will have their answers populate the respective tabs of their chart. The answers will appear with the “Pending” status until practice staff reviews and reconciles the information.

The completion of this enhancement allows users to review and act on patient-submitted updates to medications and allergies from Ontada Health e-Registration forms directly within iKnowMed, removing the step that required practice staff to manually enter this information into charts.
