Improved Patient Form Handling Copied

Previously, patients may have received redundant forms when scheduling appointments with different specialties. With this release, we’ve implemented a configuration within the system to prevent this, ensuring a better patient experience.

Now, forms will only be eligible for resend after a specified period. For example, practices may prevent the resending of certain forms until 90 days after the date the form was last completed.
