Improved email address and reminder handling in Forms Queue Copied

We made a series of improvements related to email address handling when sending reminders. Previously, you could manually send reminders but were limited in your visibility and control over email addresses. You couldn’t view which email the reminder was being sent to, nor could you modify the email address. With this release:

  • The system now pulls in all the email addresses associated with the patient’s profile, without displaying duplicates, giving you the power to choose the most relevant email address to send the reminder.
  • If you can’t find the desired email address in the list, use the Other option to manually input a different email address. This flexibility ensures that you can easily send reminders to the email address that makes the most sense for each patient.
  • Regardless of the email address selected from the drop-down, please note that this is a one-time send. All subsequent notifications will default back to the patient’s existing, primary email address.
  • To keep you informed of the process, you will receive a clear success or error message after sending a reminder, ensuring you are always aware of the status.

These enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow, reduce the risk of errors, and provide greater transparency when sending reminders via the Forms Queue.
