Form Completion Report Enhancements Copied

We’ve enhanced the Form Completion Report to provide deeper insights into form submission trends, helping your practice track and improve form completion rates. These updates are designed to give you a more comprehensive view of patient engagement with form notifications.

New Metrics Added:

• # Notifications Delivered: The total number of forms sent that had at least one email or text message notification successfully reach the patient, including initial notifications and reminders (callout 1).
• % Notifications Delivered: The percentage of forms sent that had at least one email or text message notification successfully reach the patient, including initial notifications and reminders (callout 2).
• % Forms Completed by Patients (Notification Delivered): The percentage of forms completed by a patient that received at least one email or text message notification (callout 3).

These enhancements allow you to monitor notification delivery success and identify patterns that may impact form completion, so you can take proactive steps to optimize patient follow-through.
