In this release, we improved notification delivery to ensure that critical actions can be taken promptly. Here are the key changes:

  • Patient Portal Invitations: Whether it’s the initial notification or a re-sent one, these notifications will be received within 1 minute after prompting.
  • Caregiver Portal Invitations: Both initial and re-sent notifications will be received within 1 minute after prompting.
  • Forgot Password/Account Recovery Emails: Requests for password reset or account recovery will be received within 1 minute after prompting.

These enhancements prompt patients and caregivers to act swiftly and efficiently, ensuring timely communication and interaction with the patient portal.
