  • Patients will now see their appointments in their designated time zone based on the time zone set under their Ontada Health account settings.
  • We enhanced the user experience with increased dropdown size and scroll bar thickness to help patients locate and enter information, particularly on forms.
  • We implemented a consistent footer across all portal screens that includes a link to help content and the Ontada Health support number. This update provides easier navigation and access to support resources.
  • Task summary PDFs have been updated to support displaying practice logos and patient MRNs for better organization. If a practice does not wish to add a logo to their PDFs, the practice name will appear as text instead.
