Continued enhancements to the Form Completion Report Copied

We made the following enhancements to the Form Completion Report for permissioned Ontada Health users to provide a more insightful and accurate view of patient form completion rates.

New Location Column

We added a new Location column to the report to allow for more comprehensive analysis of the completion rates for patient forms. This column aligns with the Location filter, displaying a location’s name based on the following criteria:

• If a form is associated with the selected location, the location name will appear in the column.
• If a form is not associated to a location, the column will show “N/A.”
• If a form is associated with an inactive location, the column will display the location name followed by “Inactive.”
