Automatic notification suppression for deceased patients

When a patient is marked as deceased in the Demographics tab of their iKnowMed Generation 2 chart, the system will automatically stop sending notifications to the patient or their caregivers.

This prevents the painful experience of receiving appointment reminders or other communications after a patient’s passing, showing respect and compassion during a difficult time.
