What’s changing

When an appointment is cancelled, the forms associated with this appointment will be automatically withdrawn from the patient’s view. Notifications and reminders tied for those forms will also stop.

In the Forms Queue, withdrawn forms will appear as Withdrawn under the Patient Forms Status column.

Why this matters

Previously, if an appointment was cancelled, patients would continue to see and receive reminders about forms that were no longer relevant to any upcoming visit. This update ensures the forms patients see and the notifications they receive always reflect their current, active appointments.
