• Enhanced Patient Forms: We improved the experience for patients completing and submitting registration and consent forms. These forms will now offer a more streamlined experience while continuing to be integrated into the Ontada Health admin tools where they can be reviewed and saved to patient charts in iKnowMed. Over the coming months, your practice will transition to these updated forms to ensure a smooth changeover and uninterrupted data flow.
• Enhanced Insurance Information Handling: Completing the Insurance Information form and uploading insurance cards through the patient portal will now result in the form and each insurance card being attached as separate PDFs to patient charts. This enhancement allows your practice to quickly access and review insurance card images, making it easier to verify and manage insurance information.
