Exclude lab orders from the Orders I/F queue Copied

A new Exclude from Orders I/F checkbox (callout 1) in the lab panel definition screen prevents the panels from being sent to the Orders I/F queue. This checkbox will be available for all lab panels under Manage > Labs/Imaging & Services. By default, this option will be unchecked.
