The Task & Time Management icons will no longer be restricted to patients aged 65 and older. The age-based restriction will be removed, and icon visibility will be determined by:

• VBC Task Management permissions
• Program eligibility
• Practice configuration settings

No changes have been made to the icon’s behavior, states, or existing workflows.

Why this matters

As payers expand value-based care programs to broader patient populations, limiting the Task & Time Management icons to patients 65 and older prevent practices from managing eligible patients who fall outside that threshold. This update ensures the icon reflects actual program eligibility across all age groups and payer types, giving care teams full visibility into which patients qualify for task and time management regardless of age.
