Updates to Medications & Allergies data in iKnowMed Copied

We’re correcting how medications are displayed in iKnowMed Generation 2 to help ensure providers see accurate medication instructions, reducing the risk of confusion or misinterpretation.

Previously, when patients were completing the Medications & Allergies form and selected “As Needed” for a medication, iKnowMed incorrectly displayed “Yes” in the Instructions field for the medication.

Now, when patients select “As Needed” for a medication (callout 1), iKnowMed will display as “As Needed” in the Instructions field as expected on the Medications tab and the PDF version of the form (callouts 2-3).
