Unified Sign Queue Update Copied

Two updates are coming to the Unified Sign Queue to improve reliability and reduce possible issues resulting in items getting missed in the review process.

USQ Scroll to Review update

An issue preventing USQ items from being marked as Reviewed when scrolling through the queue has been fixed. Now, scrolling past an item in USQ will mark it as reviewed regardless of how fast the item is scrolled by. This update improves Unified Sign Queue reliability and overall experience.

Patient with multiple items update

Previously, users could click between various items in the middle column within a single patient (see callout 1). Now, when a patient has multiple items to be reviewed, users must either Review or Skip the current item before viewing the next item. This update ensures review accuracy and reduces the possibility of clerical errors when reviewing.
