Third-Party Application Access and Management Copied
What’s new
Patients can already use Ontada Health to manage their third-party application access through My Account > 3rd Party Applications.
After this release, these patients will also be able to grant their caregivers permission to view and manage third-party applications. This is managed through My Account > Caregivers.
When adding a new caregiver or editing an existing one, patients will see a 3rd Party Applications permission option. Selecting this grants the caregiver the ability to view and remove any third-party applications connected to the patient’s account.

This permission is not enabled by default. Patients who want a caregiver to have access must explicitly add this permission — either when first inviting the caregiver or by editing an existing caregiver’s access at any time.
Once granted, caregivers can log into Ontada Health, navigate to My Account > 3rd Party Applications, and view or remove any connected apps.
Why this matters
Patients who rely on caregivers to help manage their care now have a supported, secure way to extend third-party application oversight without sharing their own login credentials.
