We streamlined the process for documenting drug preparation details, making it easier and more efficient for pharmacy technicians. Here are the key updates:

• Previously, applying a preparation plan to all future days required multiple clicks. Now, after creating the plan, technicians can simply click the Save button (callout 1) to automatically apply the plan to all future days, reducing the process to a single step.
• For cases where the plan should not be applied to all future days, technicians can click the Apply Special Schedule button (callout 2) to specify a different schedule.

These updates retain the flexibility to choose different scheduling options while reducing the number of clicks needed for those who want to apply the same plan to all future dates. This allows pharmacy technicians to focus more on critical tasks and less on repetitive system interactions.
