Show Practice Phone Number When No Location Number is on File Copied

What’s changing

If no phone number is on file for a specific site or location in the patient portal, the portal will now display the practice’s primary phone number as a fallback.

Note: This number is not visible or editable within iKnowMed. To update this number, please contact your Ontada Health Account Manager.

The fallback number will appear in the following locations within the portal:

• For Me page: Next Appointment and Care Team widgets
• Upcoming Appointment, Previous Appointment, and Care Team pages

Why this matters

This ensures patients always have a way to reach their practice by phone, even when location-specific contact information is missing from the portal.
