Saved Filters and Sorting Preferences in Queues Copied

What’s changing

The system now preserves a user’s current filter and sorting selections when navigating away from and returning to the General Queue or Forms Queue.

Saved preferences include:

• Applied filters
• Selected sort column
• Sort order (ascending or descending)
• Saved preset configurations

When users return to a previously viewed queue, the system will automatically display the results based on their previously selected or saved configuration, eliminating the need to reapply filters and sorting preferences each time they navigate between tabs.

These settings are maintained throughout the user’s session and remain available until Ontada Health is closed or the user logs out. At that point, the session-specific settings are cleared.

Why this matters

Users often move between queues while managing daily work. Preserving filters and sorting preferences throughout the session reduces repetitive tasks, improves efficiency, and helps users quickly return to the information most relevant to their workflow.
