Removal of Kiosk Access Code Case-Sensitive Validation Copied
What’s changing
Kiosk access codes are no longer case-sensitive.
The system will now accept codes entered in uppercase, lowercase, or any combination, treating all entries as equivalent.
Why this matters
Previously, codes were only accepted in uppercase, causing login errors when entering a valid code in lowercase. All users expect access codes to work regardless of capitalization. This update eliminates unnecessary login failures and reduces friction during in-office form completion.
