Regimen Orders Report: Height, Weight, and BSA columns added Copied

What’s changing

Three new columns for Height, Weight, and BSA will be added to the Regimen Orders Report. These columns display the patient’s values as they were captured on the date of the Cycle Day.

Why this matters

Clinical staff can quickly verify that dosing amounts align with the patient’s height, weight, and BSA at the time of the order, supporting accurate dose verification without leaving the report.
