Practice Phone Number Displays in Next Appointment Widget Copied

Patients can now see their practice location’s phone number directly in the Next Appointment widget on the For Me page.

What’s new

The phone number displayed in the widget pulls directly from the number on file under Admin > Locations in iKnowMed. If no number is listed there, no number will appear in the widget.

Why this matters

While the practice phone number was already available on the had to hunt for it. This update puts it front and center on the For Me page alongside their upcoming appointment details, making it easy to find without any extra navigation.
