Patient portal displays result comments Copied

Previously, when iKnowMed users documented test results or other information in the Comment field of the Result Entry tab or notes were included in results from other locations such as through HL7 interfaces, this content was not visible to patients in the Ontada Health patient portal on the Health Records > Results page.

With this update, comments entered in iKnowMed (callout 1) and comments included with results from other locations, will now be displayed as follows:

• When patients visit their Health Records > Results page, any comments from iKnowMed or other locations will now appear alongside the test result and will be labeled as a Note (callout 2).
• This information will also be included in the PDF version of the results when downloaded from the portal (callout 3).

By displaying these comments for all result types, patients will have more complete information about their health, enabling them to take informed actions based on their results.
