Notes Signed in Documents No Longer Appear in Notes Review Worklist Queue Copied

Several practices requested that clinical notes already signed in the Documents tab by the assigned note reviewer be removed from Worklist Queues > Notes Review. We have implemented this suggestion, and now when a note reviewer opts to sign the clinical note from the Documents tab, the system will remove that note from the Notes Review worklist queue.
