New Date Created tooltip in General Queue and Messaging History Copied

We’re updating the filtering options in the General Queue and Messaging History. A new tooltip will be added to the Date Created filter when the filter is set to “All”.

When users select “All” in the Date Created filter, the tooltip will notify users that only closed tasks and messages from the last 60 days are included in this filter (see callout 1 for example).

This update will provide clear information on the scope of the “All” filter, helping users better manage tasks and messages by knowing the time frame covered by the filter.
