New Alert for Practice Preferences Changes Copied

There are several areas in Practice Preferences that require you to log out and back into iKnowMed Generation 2 for changes to take effect. Now, after updating one of those areas and saving your changes, an alert will display noting the successful change, as well as instructing you to log out and back in to see the update.
