Locate patients faster with enhanced patient search across iKnowMed Copied

We enhanced the speed of patient search across iKnowMed, including the top search bar, all worklist queues, and dashboard widgets. We also optimized the queries that perform patient searches and improved system stability.

Going forward, you must enter a minimum of 2 characters to obtain search results. The more characters you include in the search, the faster the results will appear. If you only enter 1 character, no results will display.

There is a 5-second delay for 2-character searches, but you can select the Enter button on your keyboard to circumvent the delay.
