Regimens
Additions
Dexamethasone CRS Supportive Care Addition
Added IV dexamethasone PRN order and an oral dexamethasone prescription (“Take-Home” or “Pocket” dexamethasone) to the PRN CRS Medications section of all T-cell engaging bispecific regimens to standardize CRS management, improve patient safety, and streamline provider workflows.
Fosnetupitant-palonosetron (Akynzeo) IV Antiemetic Addition
Added fosnetupitant-palonosetron (Akynzeo) IV as an available antiemetic option to all moderate, moderate-high, and high emetic risk regimen templates where it was not previously included. This update expands access to appropriate antiemetic therapy options and streamlines provider ordering by reducing the need for manual regimen modifications.
Tocilizumab Prophylaxis Addition
Added prophylactic tocilizumab orders to the Premedications section of applicable T-cell engaging multiple myeloma bispecific regimen templates to support CRS risk mitigation, enhance patient safety, and reduce manual ordering burden.
