iKnowMed Help: Content feedback replaces “Report an issue” button Copied

We want your feedback regarding iKnowMed Help content and have made it easier for you to provide it.

What’s changing

Previously, when viewing a guide, you could use the “Report an issue” (flag) button to share your comments on the help content. This has been removed.

You will now see thumbs up and thumbs down icons after every step in a guide. If you like the content, give it a thumbs up to let us know. If we can improve it, give it a thumbs down and tell us why in the field that appears and submit when complete.

Why this matters

Help content is a living and breathing education resource that is always changing. By making feedback more intuitive and accessible, you can help us create content that is even more meaningful and relevant to the answers you seek.
