Generate and download CCDA batch for all patients and all visits Copied

Prior to this release, practices reported that they were receiving a Failed status when running a CCDA Batch on All Patients and All Visits. This is now fixed, and users can generate and download a CCDA Batch for All Patients and All Visits without issue.
