In this release, we’ve resolved the duplication of document types that appeared when users processed CCDAs or messages from an external provider.
Previously, the system created new document types labeled “CCDA” and “External Provider Message” in Admin > Document Types, even though those types already existed.
With this fix, attaching CCDAs or processing external provider messages from your Inbox will no longer result in duplicate entries.
