Demographics tab

We fixed the intermittent issue preventing users’ ability to change the Patient Status to deceased.

Documents tab

• The intermittent issue causing documents received via fax to appear blank or display an error message is resolved. These documents will now appear as expected.
• In the Jan. 2023 release, we fixed the issue preventing amended clinical notes from being hidden as expected. In this release, we’re restoring the correct statuses to those notes in the documents list and correcting the information in the Audit History.

Messages tab

We fixed the visibility issue that prevented the Messages tab from displaying once permission was granted. Now, granting the permission and logging out and back in will cause the tab to display as expected.

Patient Banner

We fixed the issue of long Dx descriptions getting cut off from the banner. Long Dx descriptions will now be truncated, and users can hover to view the full description.

Patient Search widget

We fixed the issue causing the widget to list patients out of order when many search results are returned.

Problems tab

We fixed the issue preventing stages added to a problem from transferring to Clear Value PlusSM. Added stages will now appear in Clear Value Plus as expected.
