Practices using Navigating Cancer will no longer see both the original version and amended version of a note from iKnowMed. Only the amended note will be released to Navigating Cancer as expected.

Flowsheet

• When editing a carboplatin order, the CrCl Formula and S.Creatinine fields were removed if the AUC dose was manually updated. This is corrected.
• Users with view only permission for regimen orders can click the regimen cycle day header on the flowsheet to view regimen properties, print scheduled orders, print treatment day approvals, and view regimen audit history. These users must also have Flowsheet full permission.

Flowsheet, Results tab, Documents tab

We corrected the issue that prevented the removal of attached documents. You can now remove attached documents as expected without encountering errors. Any removed attached documents can then be successfully reassigned to the correct patient.

Orders > Order History

The Order History tab will now show the updated Perform Date and Perform Location when either is changed in the Orders Queue without having to click into individual orders.

Unfinished Charting

You can now click on the Pending Review link beneath the Note column and be taken to the Notes Review queue to review the note as expected.
