Admin > User Groups

We resolved a defect where the display of member names overlapped on the Manual Selection screen within User Groups. This issue prevented users from editing or removing group members as needed. With this fix, manually added group members will now be displayed properly, improving the overall user experience.

Clinical Profile > Problems

• We resolved a defect where additional coding was needed for a diagnosis requiring coding for No Alcohol use and No Tobacco/Nicotine use. When users charted Social Drinker for Alcohol Use, the user was unable to select additional codes for Tobacco/Nicotine Use. Now, charting codes for both Alcohol use and Tobacco/Nicotine use can be done without any issues.
• We resolved a defect where additional coding was needed for a diagnosis requiring coding for No Alcohol use and No Tobacco/Nicotine use. When users charted No Alcohol use, the application automatically added No Tobacco/Nicotine Use and this addition could not be removed. With this fix, users can now remove or update the No Tobacco/Nicotine Use as expected.
• We resolved a defect where the ICD-10 value for diagnoses with only one code (e.g., prostate cancer) reset to the default value despite users selecting and saving a different code. This fix allows users to choose and save their preferred ICD-10 value without any unexpected resets.
