Fixed Orders I/F Queue Ordering Providers Filter Copied

Prior to this release, when users filtered Worklist Queues > Orders I/F by Ordering Provider, and then filtered by patient, when the patient filter was removed the system did not restore the provider filter as expected. Now, when filtering this queue by Ordering Provider, the system will restore the provider filter after removing the patient filter.
