Fixed Frequent Document Listener Pauses Copied

Prior to this release, several practices reported the iKnowMed document listener would frequently stop, causing workflow disruptions. Code changes have been made that address the frequency of document listener pauses to help mitigate this issue. Please note no workflow changes are required on the practice side for this fix.
