Fix: Social History loads as expected Copied

What’s changing

Previously, users were sometimes unable to chart in Patient Hx > Social History because the page intermittently returned a 404 error upon access. This has been fixed.

Why this matters

Practices can reliably access and document patient social history information without interruption.
