The ICD-10 Code & Description and Diagnosis/Problem Name filters have been updated to support manual selection via a dropdown, replacing the previous free-text search entry.

This improvement makes it easier to pinpoint specific diagnoses without relying on typed searches, giving users more precise control when narrowing down results.
