Enter Appointment Type on the Form/Packet Sending Rule Spreadsheet Copied

What’s changing

The Packets/Forms Sending Rule spreadsheet now includes a dedicated column for Appointment Types in addition to the existing Appointment Type Codes column.

Previously, only the Appointment Type was requested, which populated both the type and code, making it difficult to quickly identify what a code represented. Going forward, practices can differentiate between each using the spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet instructions have also been updated to guide users to enter the appointment type in column A and the appointment type code in column B.

Why this matters

This update reduces confusion when setting up or reviewing form/packet sending rules by making appointment type names and codes clearly visible side by side.
