Enhancements to Patient List Report Copied

We’ve expanded the Patient List Report with new hospice and mortality data to support Value-Based Care (VBC) measures and provide more comprehensive patient information.

New columns:

  • Cause of Death
  • Location of Death
  • Date of Hospice Enrollment
  • Hospice Notes

New filter:

  • Date of Hospice Enrollment

Note: Death information now reflects data captured in the patient Demographics tab.
