Improved documentation of patient screening declinations

When a patient opts out of undergoing depression screenings such as PHQ2, PHQ9, or NCCN Distress Thermometer assessments, their decision will now be displayed in the Past Assessments & Plans section (callout 1).

By selecting the corresponding checkbox denoting the patient’s declination, this information becomes part of the audit history, ensuring a comprehensive view of the patient’s screening journey.

New alert to create a plan before submission

Previously, the system would only prompt users to create a plan when high scores were submitted without accompanying plans for PHQ2, PHQ9, or NCCN Distress Thermometer screenings.

With this release, an alert has been implemented to proactively notify users of high scores that require a plan before submission. This alert will appear near the Submit button (callout 1) and can help your practice address potential concerns and formulate appropriate plans before finalizing the screening process.
