Easy billing of G2211 with Prolonged E/M Visits Copied

In this release, we have changed the nested radio buttons to check boxes on New Patient 99205 and Established Patient 99215 in the E/M portion of the Billing screen (see callout 1 for example). This allows users to easily bill G2211 with Prolonged Visits. Both G2211 and the prolonged visit code can be selected. This applies to both the CMS Time and the AMA Time Practice Preference setting.
