Easily identify open notes with enhanced alert Copied

Today, when a user has a note open for editing and then attempts to edit one for a different patient, the system displays an alert stating that users can only edit one note at a time but does not tell the user which of the many open charts is the one open for editing.

The alert has been edited to include the patient’s name, which helps providers identify which helps providers identify which clinical note is already in progress so that it can be saved and/or closed.
